The Resources Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 153 "An                     
Act relating to the exchange of certain fish for seafood products,             
custom processing of certain fish, and use of certain fish for                 
charitable purposes" and recommended it be replaced with                       
                                                                               
	CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 153(RES)                                               
                                                                               
and further attaches a Resources Committee Letter of Intent.

It is the intent of the legislature that the Board of                         
Fish consider regulations regarding export limitations                         
and a definition of possession limit with regard to                            
this issue.  It is the intent of the legislature that this                     
be considered at the next regularly scheduled                                  
meeting of the Board.
